Meet Our Founder

Dr. Roshan Dath

Dr. Roshan Dath completed his MBBS from Mysore University. With over nine years of post-graduate training in Trauma and Orthopaedics in the UK, he has gained expertise in Orthopaedics, Joint Replacements, and Arthroscopy. Dr. Roshan trained at prestigious institutions such as the John Radcliffe Hospital and the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Oxford, South Birmingham Trauma Unit, and Newcastle.

Upon returning to Bangalore, he founded South City Hospital with a vision to deliver healthcare of international standards. Dr. Roshan has extensively contributed to research, with numerous publications and presentations at national and international conferences.

His Father, Dr. H. Dattu Rao

Dr. H. Dattu Rao completed his MBBS from Bangalore Medical College, Bangalore. He has worked in various government institutions under different capacities. He completed his MS (General Surgery) and MCh (Urology) from Bangalore University. Dr. Dattu Rao also provided his surgical expertise in the Middle East and has extensive work experience in the field of surgery.
